Executive Manager - Retail Products (Digital Banking)

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of retail product strategy, propositions, portfolio composition, pricing performance, and market positioning.
• Drive digital innovation, customer insight integration, product communications, campaigns, and marketing alliances.
• Oversee customer acquisition programs, sales performance, market awareness, and corrective action plans.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve customer value and business outcomes.
• Lead the team through objective setting, performance management, development, feedback, and engagement.
• Manage budgets, improve policies and processes, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and bank requirements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in banking or a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strategic thinking, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in digital banking and customer experience design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.
• Strong numerical and financial analysis skills.
