Overview

Work with sales and customer success teams to drive pipeline conversions by providing technical support, crafting solutions, demos, and presentations. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to influence product development and market strategies.

What you will do

• Develop strong customer relationships and understand technical/business requirements
• Provide consultative selling and technical expertise for best-fit solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and R&D teams on new products and market strategies
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Support product launch and sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• 5+ years experience in technical sales or business development in supply chain software
• Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain functions
• Experience with BOM management, spend management, sourcing, eProcurement, Spend Analytics, or Product Lifecycle management is a plus
• Strong communication, problem solving, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
