Salary: $115,200 - $245,600 USD

What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the hirify.global platform's vision and value.
• Support the Sales team by addressing technical platform questions and accelerating digital product delivery.
• Manage customer IT and Security relationships during the deal cycle, including handling security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify security enhancements and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts and create high-quality content for customers and internal partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations, define success criteria, and position complex solutions.
• Strong communication skills for delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
• Must be based in the Washington, DC Metro Area or New York City Metro Area.

Nice to have

• Experience consulting for federal agencies and/or partners on SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in using hirify.global or other UX/UI design tools.
