Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations - Commerce Platform Logistics - Delivery Cost

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Track and analyze fulfillment cost metrics across business lines and strategic merchants.
• Support internal reporting tools for monitoring fulfillment cost and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with Analytics and Product teams to assess initiatives that improve cost and network efficiency.
• Structure and execute operational tests and experiments to inform the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Finance & Strategy, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to manage the P&L and improve merchant and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including trend analysis, root-cause investigation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Deep SQL and Excel or Google Sheets expertise.
• Experience creating financial models and organizing performance data.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
