Global Sourcing Service Manager (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract award recommendations.
• Develop sourcing strategies for operational services and spare parts in line with global procurement objectives.
• Manage crane services, maintenance labor, blade inspection and repair, statutory inspections, and spare parts categories.
• Build supplier and contractor relationships while driving quality, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Support Service operations with procurement solutions, budgets, savings tracking, business cases, and management recommendations.
• Ensure sourcing activities meet company policies, contractual requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience with supplier tenders, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.
• Knowledge of service procurement, contractor management, and supplier relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across regional and global matrix teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in wind, energy, engineering, or industrial services.
• International or matrix organization experience.
• Spanish and/or German language skills.
