Supply Chain and Subcontracts Manager (Defence)

What you will do

• Lead the supply chain function for a major program, including associated subcontracts and suppliers.
• Manage Australian Industry Capability, Sovereign Sustainment and Supply Chain Industry Development initiatives.
• Lead supply chain forums, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor and report on AIC commitments, Australian Content and Employment obligations, and supply chain performance.
• Build relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, industry partners and government stakeholders in Australia and internationally.
• Analyse performance data, maintain governance records and support contractual compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business, Commerce, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong experience managing supply chains, subcontracts and suppliers.
• Experience managing and coordinating Australian Industry Capability.
• Experience in Defence, Government or another complex regulated industry.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, communication, organisational and coordination skills.
• Must be able to hold and maintain an active Australian Government Security Clearance, including AGSVA clearance. Compliance with ITAR is required.
