What you will do
- Support commercial and contracting strategies across a major utilities infrastructure project.
- Administer contractual matters, including variations, claims, extensions of time, notices, and subcontract management.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, project performance, and commercial risk exposure.
- Prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements, purchase orders, correspondence, reports, and project documentation.
- Provide contractual and commercial support to project, procurement, finance, legal, and delivery teams.
- Contribute to change management, continuous improvement, lessons learned, and commercial best practices.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, engineering, law, finance, management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, project controls, procurement, or contract administration.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, utilities, engineering consulting, construction, or major project environments.
- Understanding of contract administration principles and commercial risk management.
- Experience with variations, contractual notices, claims, or subcontract administration.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
