What you will do

• Evaluate current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with external partners to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Provide monthly executive and project status reports, including schedule updates and risk assessments.
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure maximum value for clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience implementing cost and schedule management work processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project coding structures.
• Proven track record in project controls roles, specifically cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Degree or comparable professional experience in a construction-related discipline.
