Overview

Lead a fullstack web application development team with a backend focus, combining hands-on development, architecture design, and team management to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting career development.
• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications with best coding and security practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in software development with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, AWS, MySQL, ORM, DevOps tools, and Git.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with agile experience.
• English proficiency at least B2 (implied by job language).
