What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools, promoting agile methodologies.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, acting as a liaison.
• Manage resource allocation, workload, and oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects and experience with agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and strong understanding of software architecture.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps practices, CI/CD, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
