What you will do

• Lead execution of your team’s roadmap with predictable, high-quality delivery, partnering with Product on planning and prioritization.
• Remove blockers and ensure technical decisions balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Maintain a high bar for quality, reliability, and customer impact.
• Hire, onboard, and retain exceptional engineers.
• Provide clear feedback, coaching, and career development support.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering.
• 2+ years in engineering management.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global's approved US states (AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
• Most full-time roles, including this one, do not qualify for H-1B visa sponsorship.
