Team Lead HTML/Markup (Frontend)

TL;DR

Team Lead HTML/Markup (Frontend): Leading a development team in creating and optimizing web interfaces for tech products with an accent on HTML, CSS, and UI/UX design. Focus on team leadership, project requirement determination, task delegation, and ensuring project completion to standard while mentoring staff.

Location: This is an on-site position in Valencia, Spain. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. The company provides full relocation support and visa sponsorship to Spain for international candidates.

What you will do

• Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
• Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaise with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Motivate staff and create a space for questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Hire and train technical personnel.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of professional experience as an HTML-coder, 3+ years in leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design and cross-browser layout.
• Strong knowledge of CSS/JS animation.
• Experience working with CSS Pre-Processors: Sass/Less.
• Experience with the GIT version control system.
• Understanding of web application performance optimization.
• Experience with Figma / Sketch / Photoshop.
• At least an Intermediate level of English (B2).

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
