Safety Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Identify improvement opportunities in safety operations through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Track and analyze safety-related KPIs and report findings to the business.
• Lead initiatives to improve incident response and prevention.
• Document safety features, rules, and processes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Propose solutions for internal systems and customer-facing product features, and work with product and business teams to test them.
• Manage manual processes for removing non-compliant users and establish partnerships that improve safety metrics.

Requirements

• English proficiency required.
• Good knowledge of any SQL dialect for writing complex queries; BigQuery experience is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge of process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience with cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Experience in safety, anti-fraud, operations, or customer experience is strongly preferred.
