What you will do
- Lead the VIP brand strategy for LATAM, including positioning, tone of voice, and creative direction.
- Build localized brand experiences across gifting, communications, seasonal campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Develop personalized VIP event concepts and coordinate delivery with the VIP Event Manager.
- Manage influencer and ambassador partnerships for key LATAM markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with CRM, design, social media, legal, procurement, finance, and external agencies.
Requirements
- Experience in brand marketing, brand management, or VIP marketing.
- Strong understanding of LATAM markets and cultural nuances.
- Experience developing and launching creative campaigns or VIP-focused brand experiences.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with performance metrics, budgets, and Excel reporting.
- Advanced English proficiency or fluent Portuguese is required.
