What you will do

• Identify, negotiate, and secure media partnerships to drive business growth.
• Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to attract and retain sportsbook and casino players.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payment, gaming, and KYC providers.
• Collaborate with media agencies to execute effective online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance in collaboration with BI and Product teams to provide optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing and business development role.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of acquiring or selling media properties.
• Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing strategy execution.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
• Must be based in Mexico.
