Promo Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Develop promotional campaigns, including concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and target segments.
• Create and manage the promotional calendar.
• Design tournaments and in-game events, including eligibility rules, prize pool calculations, and prize distribution.
• Select relevant offers for player segments and cohorts.
• Plan communication campaigns with CRM, Content, and Design teams.
• Run A/B tests, analyze campaign results, evaluate bonus economics, and prepare optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in iGaming as a Promo, CRM, or Retention Manager.
• Hands-on experience with gamification, loyalty programs, missions, tournaments, and player engagement mechanics.
• Understanding of wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, jackpots, lotteries, bonus issuance, and bonus economics.
• Knowledge of iGaming metrics including GGR, NGR, bonus cost, retention, conversion, ARPU, and LTV.
• Ability to work with analytics dashboards and turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience briefing and coordinating cross-functional teams.
