Focus on translating complex compliance requirements into actionable features, coordinating releases and testing, and improving control effectiveness through structured data and reporting.

What you will do
- Own the global control sourcing, management, execution, and reporting solution at the control-case level.
- Manage application design, reporting services, processes, data, testing, and user documentation.
- Coordinate application, IT service, and business stakeholders on roadmaps, priorities, incidents, budgets, and deliverables.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements, plan IT delivery, coordinate business testing, and communicate releases to users.
- Act as the first point of contact for business queries, support onboarding, and manage change requests, bugs, and incidents.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in STEM, business, or economics with an IT or analytics focus.
- At least five years of banking experience focused on compliance, risk management, or legal functions.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, DevOps activities, testing, deployments, releases, environments, and IT roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience in data modelling and engineering, including SQL and Python for data structuring, cleansing, and standardization.
- Fluent English required; English is the main business language.
Nice to have
- Project management certification such as IPMA or SAFe.
- Exposure to UX/UI design and translating user interactions into design components.
- Additional language skills.
