What you will do

• Define the end-to-end vision and roadmap for tax, pricing, and billing components of the payment platform.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and tax teams to ensure compliance across multiple global jurisdictions.
• Lead the integration and optimization of tax calculation engines and regional pricing models.
• Partner with data analytics to monitor revenue performance, pricing effectiveness, and tax accuracy.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable product features and user stories for engineering teams.
• Continuously refine product backlogs and improve tax & pricing experiences based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within taxation, payments, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of global indirect tax (VAT, GST, sales tax) and digital goods pricing.
• Proven experience working with tax engines such as Avalara, Vertex, or TaxJar.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, or BI platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing complex financial products from 0 to 1.
