Emerging Channels Growth Marketing Specialist (Web3)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius and Kaunas offices

Salary: 3,300 EUR gross per month

What you will do

• Own the global emerging channels roadmap from research to scaling and budget recommendations.
• Identify, set up, and test new growth channels including Reddit, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn communities, and other emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies with data-driven experiments and dedicated budgets.
• Analyze performance, iterate quickly, and double down on winning tests to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams to influence go-to-market strategies.
• Introduce new frameworks and best practices to uplift the marketing organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Performance or Growth Marketing with strong data and experimentation focus.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing channel roadmaps and dedicated experimentation budgets.
• Familiarity with emerging channels such as Reddit, X.com, Discord, LinkedIn communities, and Web3 platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate performance and ROI for marketing experiments.
• Excellent written English (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Background in social media management, online reputation management, or community-driven marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools like Ahrefs or SimilarWeb.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and marketing innovations.
