Chief Product and Technology Officer (AI)

Location: Remote from Greece, with headquarters in Kavala

Salary: €100,000–€120,000 gross per annum, plus benefits

What you will do

• Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and product direction across the business.
• Lead Product and Engineering through established team leads, setting organizational direction, delivery standards, and quality expectations.
• Define technical strategy and architecture for a coherent, scalable, and secure platform.
• Align product priorities with the ideal customer profile, go-to-market strategy, and Sales.
• Establish predictable roadmap delivery and reduce reactive, request-driven development.
• Develop and execute an AI strategy for the product and engineering organization, including a clear business model.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience owning both Product and Engineering, or substantial experience running engineering as a product leader.
• Strong track record in B2B SaaS, ideally within vertical software.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap, and prioritization at scale.
• Experience leading engineering organizations, including architecture, technical strategy, delivery, quality, and team growth.
• Experience making complex, feature-rich product architecture coherent and scalable.
• Clear perspective on applying AI in products and engineering with a viable business model.

Nice to have

• Experience in education, EdTech, or another regulated, workflow-heavy vertical.
• International, multi-market SaaS experience.
• Experience scaling a founder-led company from craft-based operations.
• Exposure to M&A and product integration.
