Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Draper, Utah, with a hybrid schedule requiring office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The role also includes onsite user research and travel out of state 2–3 times per year.

What you will do

• Lead collaboration with design and engineering teams to represent customer needs, guide product decisions, and support product planning and execution.
• Shape product experiences, strategy, and vision with product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, support, marketing, and subject-matter teams.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, competitive analysis, and product usage analysis to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Build and ship products end-to-end, including zero-to-one initiatives, while supporting agile and design-centered development.
• Define AI-first product opportunities, architect agent workflows, iterate on prompts, and help develop AI-powered experiences across the product suite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles.
• Experience developing product strategy and vision across engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and the ability to lead in an AI-first product environment.
• Experience with third-party integrations, microservice platforms, agile environments, and design-centered product development.
• Experience conducting unbiased user research and analyzing product usage data.
• Ability to perform onsite user research and travel out of state 2–3 times per year.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B fintech, accounting, or supporting accounting professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, accounting, or a related field.
