Product Lead (SAP SD/MM)

What you will do

• Own the SAP SD/MM backlog from intake and refinement through delivery.
• Analyse business requirements and define functional solutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare development-ready functional specifications, process models, and documentation.
• Evaluate change requests against the SAP ECC landscape and ERP transformation roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives, operational support, and incident resolution.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, review solution proposals and estimates, and support delivery governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience and senior-level product ownership expertise.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC SD/MM in highly customized enterprise environments.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional specification skills.
• Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, or demand management.
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, process modelling, and Agile delivery experience.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programmes.
• Understanding of ERP migration strategies and transition planning.
• Experience reviewing development estimates and supporting backlog refinement.
• Telecommunications industry experience.
