Analytics Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop datasets and dashboards that support business decisions.
• Design robust data models and build reliable data pipelines with data engineering teams.
• Define and implement business performance metrics for analytics-driven products.
• Improve analytics frameworks, business intelligence tools, and data documentation.
• Promote data literacy by educating colleagues on data modeling and BI tooling.

Requirements

• Experience scaling analytics workflows with a strong focus on data quality.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and Git skills.
• Experience with modern data warehousing and orchestration tools such as BigQuery, dbt, and Dagster, or direct equivalents.
• End-to-end experience developing BI solutions; Looker, Tableau, or Qlik Sense experience is relevant.
• Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Python, R, or another data analysis language.
• Strong UI/UX skills for dashboards and data visualization.
• Business acumen, financial literacy, and knowledge of predictive modeling.
