Salary: €3,500–€4,500 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
• Develop persuasive email copy and messaging strategies aligned with business goals and customer journeys.
• Set up, test, and optimize automated and manual campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Design A/B tests for messaging, subject lines, segmentation, timing, and calls to action.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into improvements in engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and analytics teams on lifecycle marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or copywriting.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, including advanced automation flows and audience segmentation.
• Excellent persuasive and conversion-focused writing skills.
• Confidence in interpreting performance data and applying actionable improvements.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
