Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote from Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Own web funnel strategy and optimize the customer journey from first touch to purchase, including landing pages, pricing, checkout, and paywalls.
• Research competitors, user behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Develop funnel concepts, page structures, offers, pricing approaches, and messaging.
• Design, launch, analyze, and prioritize A/B tests and other structured experiments.
• Brief Design, Frontend, and Engineering teams while building prototypes with no-code and AI development tools.
• Track conversion rate and supporting metrics including CTR, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and retention; document and communicate experiment learnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRO, or a similar role.
• Experience with subscription monetization, pricing, paywalls, and high-converting web-to-app or web-to-desktop funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools.
• Experience owning the full funnel lifecycle from research and ideation through implementation, testing, and analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing and event-based analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• English proficiency at B2+ level and ability to work remotely from Vilnius, Lithuania.
