Immigration Consultant

What you will do

• Consult with corporate clients on immigration requirements and processes.
• Manage end-to-end immigration casework for South Africa and other African countries.
• Provide clear and timely guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with immigration authorities to resolve issues, escalate delays, and clarify procedures.
• Maintain compliance and service delivery standards while supporting reporting and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Prior experience in immigration casework, preferably involving South Africa or other African countries.
• Experience consulting with corporate clients.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, maintain attention to detail, and perform under pressure.
• Oral and written proficiency in English, plus proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• Hands-on immigration experience across broader African regions.
• Legal background and strong interest in developing in immigration.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
