Senior Consultant HTA for the UK market - Greece (hybrid/home-based)

Location: Athens, Greece; the role may also be based in Spain, Portugal, or South Africa. Hybrid/home-based work is available with flexible office attendance and occasional office visits.

What you will do

• Lead UK health technology assessment strategy and support submissions and engagements with NICE and SMC.
• Manage client relationships, business development, project scope, milestones, and delivery quality.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams delivering dossiers, submission support, early scientific advice, and strategic HTA engagements.
• Identify threats to product value and develop risk mitigation strategies for market access and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with global hirify.global teams across health economics, market access, patient-centered solutions, databases, and evidence generation.
• Develop thought leadership through conference abstracts, posters, white papers, publications, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or higher in HTA, health economics, economics, life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience preparing evidence submissions aligned with UK and/or European HTA processes.
• Experience with UK HTA submissions, early scientific advice, appraisal or negotiation processes, and strategic market access planning.
• Project management experience, including management of multidisciplinary teams, with strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is required; applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
• Understanding of clinical trial design, statistical methods, evidence synthesis, and pharmaceutical industry structures; knowledge of biostatistics, health economic modelling, R, or STATA is desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-country HTA submissions.
• Previous consultancy experience and an existing health economics and outcomes research network.
• Commercial acumen and proven consultancy skills.
• Experience with statistical software such as R or STATA.
