Associate / Associate Consultant, Global Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Centurion, South Africa. Right to work in the country of application is required.

What you will do

• Conduct primary and secondary research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Translate data into insights and recommendations for healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Develop reports, presentations, workshops, proposals, and other consulting deliverables.
• Support and present at client meetings while working with management teams and stakeholders.
• Apply consulting methodologies across brand strategy, go-to-market strategy, pricing, market access, portfolio strategy, and digital health engagements.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to learning, development, and recruiting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master's degree in life sciences, economics, business, sciences, business administration, or a related field; a PhD with commercial healthcare experience is also considered.
• Approximately 1–4 years of experience in the life sciences industry, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consulting, depending on level.
• Previous experience in commercial consulting or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, problem-solving, written, verbal, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry developments and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Right to work in the country of application is required; willingness and ability to travel is also required.
