What you will do

• Establish and improve architecture practices, methodologies, frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
• Define and communicate the architectural vision, principles, strategy, and reference architectures.
• Build a repository of architectural patterns, templates, and reusable solutions.
• Advocate for architecture practices across a community of 300+ architects and thousands of engineers.
• Lead forums, workshops, training, and mentoring to strengthen architecture capabilities.
• Review adoption and compliance, mitigate architectural risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an architect focused on architecture practices and communication.
• Strong knowledge of architecture methodologies, frameworks, patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Engineering experience across multiple technology, application, infrastructure, or business domains.
• Experience with CI/CD, pipelines, architecture as code, and scripting or coding for proof of concepts and tool integration.
• Experience with ArchiMate, PlantUML, and Structurizr.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Backstage or similar tools.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management tools.
• Enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF.
