Chapter Lead Architect (Wholesale Banking)

What you will do

• Set standards for the Architecture chapter and safeguard knowledge across the area of expertise.
• Document complex current-state and future-state processes, defining the changes required to achieve target capabilities.
• Define and maintain architecture and application development roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Support target architecture and solution delivery by balancing constraints, quality, and business requirements.
• Create architecture storyboards, viewpoints, engineering standards, specifications, and developer Cookbooks.
• Lead, coach, and manage a diverse mid-sized team while coordinating stakeholders up to senior management.

Requirements

• Recognized expertise in business context, architecture, organizational structures, processes, capabilities, and technology.
• Experience coordinating target architectures, roadmaps, architecture guidance, validations, global standards, and reference architectures.
• Advanced experience applying cybersecurity policies, technical standards, and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of multiple technology, application, business-process, or platform domains, with the ability to coach other architects.
• Strong co-creation, workshop facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience coordinating architecture designs across short-term and medium-term planning horizons and managing incremental and innovative change.
