What you will do

• Translate business vision and enterprise architecture into solution designs for the Employee Permission Team.
• Bridge Domain Architects and DevOps teams, guidhirify.global implementation and architectural decision-makhirify.global.
• Document current and target-state processes, application architectures, data models, roadmaps, and migration plans.
• Design and develop proof-of-concepts that validate assumptions and can be transferred into MVPs.
• Apply microservices, event-driven, request/reply, and resilience patterns ushirify.global technologies such as Kafka.
• Support modellhirify.global of business concepts includhirify.global teams, roles, permissions, clients, documents, deals, and cases.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as an engineer or architect.
• Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably financial institutions, with strong risk-management understandhirify.global.
• Proven Java experience and expertise in REST, gRPC, API gateways, microservices, and reactive systems.
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Cassandra.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, messaghirify.global technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ, and container orchestration.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, mentorhirify.global, and solution-architecture presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ArchiMate or another architecture modellhirify.global language.
• Experience buildhirify.global in-house front ends.
