Infrastructure Security Architect (Semiconductor Security)

Location: Bucharest, Romania. The role is based at the Bucharest office and includes a work-from-home policy. Candidates must have a valid visa and work permit to work in Romania at the application stage.

What you will do

• Define the security infrastructure technical direction, architectural vision, and strategic roadmap.
• Design secure infrastructure architectures and technology frameworks across server, storage, network, cloud, and application environments.
• Select and integrate security technologies while addressing complex requirements, interfaces, constraints, scalability, performance, quality, and cost.
• Lead complex, high-risk initiatives, cross-functional teams, improvement projects, training, and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with enterprise, application, security, data, DevOps, network, server, cloud, storage, and business stakeholders.
• Audit implementations, research security innovations, and develop tools for data ingestion, feature engineering, and data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience with Common Criteria certification programs and ISO/IEC 15408.
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.
• 8+ years of experience gathering non-functional requirements, developing and validating application architecture frameworks, and executing testing assignments.
• 8+ years of experience translating security requirements into client-ready design documents and delivering application security architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CCIE, TOGAF, Zachman, NCIE, VCP, PCNSE, SSEE, AWS Certified Architect, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or OWASP-related credentials.
