Sr. Associate, Strategy and Operations, Fraud

Location: San Francisco, Seattle, Tempe, Chicago, New York, Washington, DC, or remote within the United States

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s strategy for reducing Dasher fraud and deliver measurable business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors across the platform and identify behavior associated with fraudulent activity.
• Investigate fraud cases and develop long-term solutions that protect legitimate users.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
• Run data-driven experiments to reduce fraud while supporting business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Required proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Experience contributing to large projects, achieving goals, and working effectively in teams.
• Ability to evaluate multiple perspectives and communicate clearly to drive alignment.
