What you will do

• Build and run backend APIs that power mobile banking flows used by millions of customers.
• Develop the next generation of the mobile application framework with business colleagues and native mobile developers.
• Work in multidisciplinary, international squads across Europe and Asia.
• Own technical and functional challenges, improve the surrounding engineering ecosystem, and establish better technology standards.
• Lead and coach junior colleagues while sharing knowledge through presentations, workshops, and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software development experience with Java, Spring, Maven, Sonar, and Checkmarx.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub, SonarQube, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and automated testing technologies.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, object-oriented and functional programming, system architecture, and software design.
• Analytical, conceptual, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in agile multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English speaking and writing required.

Nice to have

• Kotlin proficiency.
• Experience with Kafka and Oracle.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts outside the current area of expertise.
