What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java.
• Build and enhance REST APIs for business-critical services.
• Develop AI-enabled features and integrate modern AI capabilities into backend applications.
• Design and implement AI agent workflows using modern frameworks and runtime technologies.
• Collaborate with software engineers and AI specialists to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Write tested, maintainable code and contribute to CI/CD and AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and backend applications.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience designing or implementing AI agents or agent-based workflows, with familiarity with LangGraph, FastMCP, MCP, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, independent working, and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills at B2 level or higher; EU work location and work permit required.

• Structured use of GenAI within the software development lifecycle, including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Interest in emerging AI-driven development practices, automation patterns, and agent-based workflows.
