Junior Estimator (Bluebeam/Planswift)

Location: Onsite/hybrid in Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines. Work schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Philippine time, aligned with 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST.

What you will do

• Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and supporting documents to prepare estimates.
• Measure and calculate labor, material, and time requirements.
• Analyze project information to produce accurate cost estimates.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collecting and reviewing relevant data.
• Present estimates using clear numerical and descriptive information.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve project and estimating goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Estimator.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Planswift for measurement and quantity take-offs.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for project estimating and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with attention to detail, deadlines, and budget guidelines.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Australian clients.
• Experience using both Bluebeam and Planswift.
