Associate, Strategy and Operations - Dasher Fraud

Location: New York, NY or Chicago, IL, United States

Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD annual base salary, localized according to employee work location.

What you will do

• Define and implement strategy to reduce Dasher fraud and deliver direct business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors across the platform to identify bad actors and improve the experience for legitimate users.
• Investigate fraud cases and develop long-term solutions and appropriate enforcement approaches.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, growth, and other cross-functional teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
• Run data-driven experiments to reduce fraud while supporting growth in new verticals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience contributing to large projects, achieving goals, collaborating across teams, and communicating multiple perspectives clearly.
• Ability to work from New York, NY or Chicago, IL, United States.
