What you will do

• Manage the implementation and enhancement of procurement systems and digital solutions.
• Translate the procurement digitalization strategy into short-, mid-, and long-term milestones.
• Define integrated procurement processes, system requirements, policies, and global deployment standards.
• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, including AI-driven sourcing automation.
• Coordinate global IT, sourcing, and procurement stakeholders and resolve critical issues.
• Prepare management steering meetings, support decision-making, and ensure measurable value delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in an international environment, including IT project and large-scale transformation management.
• Strong understanding of system implementations, system architecture, procurement processes, data structures, data flows, and data governance.
• Experience piloting, implementing, and scaling AI-driven sourcing automation use cases.
• Experience leading global project teams and translating business processes into effective system requirements.
• Excellent spoken English and willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 5–10%.
