What you will do

• Manage product development projects according to PMO standards, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in line with established processes.
• Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, milestones, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Product Management, Engineering, Industrialization, Procurement, Production, Quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate sample and prototype sourcing, product cost calculations, tooling and component pricing, and Market Release Dates.
• Drive engineering changes and change management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate status and steering meetings, prepare management reports, and maintain accurate project data.

Requirements

• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
• Several years of project management experience in product development or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional projects.
• International experience working with global teams and suppliers.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
• Fluent English is required; applications must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• German or Chinese language skills.
