What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of moderately complex technology projects, defining business cases, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and business functions to maintain alignment.
• Proactively remove obstacles and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Establish performance measures and monitor delivery health to take corrective action when needed.
• Resolve resource, capacity, and priority constraints in collaboration with functional leads.
• Identify and implement practical improvements to strengthen delivery and ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience delivering moderately complex software projects from initiation through implementation.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery practices.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical capability to interpret information and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with confidence using AI-enabled delivery tools.
• Familiarity with change management principles and the people impacts of system implementation.
