Senior Product Manager, AI

Location: Hybrid; three days per week in the New York City office and the remaining days remotely.

Salary: $124,800–$171,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own discovery, definition, prototyping, evaluation, delivery, and iteration of an AI product or major capability.
• Work with business partners to identify enterprise problems and turn them into scoped AI use cases with clear value propositions.
• Build working prototypes with AI tools and translate validated concepts into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Drive the backlog, prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery from prototype through production.
• Design golden sets, ground truth, offline and live evaluations, and metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1, and task success.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, and governance stakeholders to support architecture, prompt engineering, responsible delivery, and executive communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product or related experience, including 3 or more years in product management.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI, ML, or GenAI products and regularly prototyping with AI tools.
• Experience creating or running evaluations with golden sets, ground truth, and quantitative metrics.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt or harness engineering, and evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to communicate across business and technical domains and develop value propositions and basic business cases.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with agent frameworks, GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, reusable skills, or plugins.
• Working proficiency in Python and familiarity with responsible AI, bias mitigation, and sensitive-data compliance.
• Computer science or engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
