What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of AI-powered products.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, development, and launch.
• Partner with scientists and business stakeholders to validate solutions via rapid prototyping.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for AI engineering and data science.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics, including model quality, adoption, and business impact.
• Promote reusable product frameworks to accelerate AI development across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years of IT experience.
• Extensive experience leading digital AI products and defining product strategies.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development.
• Proficiency in LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and ML productization.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, or MLflow.
• Must be based in the United States.
