Senior Product Manager, Expansion (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Annual compensation: $161,900–$202,400 for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle; $140,800–$176,000 for all other US locations.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for customer expansion across team invites, seat activation, admin upgrade requests, credit upsells, plan upgrades, and sales hand-offs.
• Research paying customers, administrators, and end users to identify workflows, needs, and product friction.
• Prototype and validate product ideas rapidly with Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI tools.
• Write product specifications, define quality standards, and make prioritization trade-offs with design and engineering.
• Instrument funnels, track conversion and expansion metrics, and iterate based on results.
• Align Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Support, Design, Data Science, and Engineering partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SaaS product management experience, with end-to-end product ownership.
• Demonstrated success solving impactful problems that generated new revenue.
• Strong product judgment, customer empathy, ownership, communication, and execution skills.
• Technical fluency in performance, reliability, integrations, and engineering delivery.
• AI-native product development experience, including prototyping with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and shipping the resulting work.

• Experience with product-led growth, monetization, billing, or expansion surfaces.
