Engineering Manager (Fullstack)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: CAD 185,000–231,500 per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Manage a full-stack team of iOS, Android, web, and backend engineers.
• Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to define the team roadmap and product vision.
• Set technical direction and promote high engineering standards.
• Coach, empower, recruit, retain, and develop engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Build high-performance, scalable systems supporting the customer journey from initial intent through long-term engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to improve product discovery, personalization, and checkout.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., Ph.D. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building scalable products in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, translate non-technical requirements, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
