Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Define the multi-year vision and strategy for workforce identity, risk, and fraud prevention.
• Lead zero-to-one product development from initial concept to achieving product-market fit.
• Develop end-to-end verification flows for job applications, onboarding, and payroll fraud prevention.
• Utilize the RiskOS workflow engine and agentic capabilities to create adaptive, learning solutions.
• Manage business operations including pricing, packaging, positioning, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive GTM motion and adoption.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in product management or strategy within identity, risk, fraud, HR tech, or data platforms.
• Proven track record of taking products from zero to one to product-market fit.
• Strong experience in GTM ownership, including pricing and partnership strategy.
• Technical fluency with AI and ML products, including data quality and model fit.
• Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US (Hybrid)

• Deep experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll platforms.
