Salary: $111,000 – $132,000

What you will do

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Simplify complex AI capabilities and data sets for better usability.
• Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system for scalability and consistency.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma's design, prototyping, and AI-assisted features.
• Strong user research skills and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms.
• Background in marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end development and design-to-code translation.
• Experience building design systems for large-scale applications.
