Salary: $175,000–$210,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Define design strategy and roadmaps for Revenue product domains, including AI-powered features and agentic workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and executive leaders on product priorities and business outcomes.
• Set design quality standards from concept through launch and ensure cohesive experiences across product areas.
• Champion AI-assisted design, prototyping, research synthesis, and workflow automation while remaining hands-on with prototypes.
• Use data, user research, testing, and analytics to guide product direction.
• Mentor and develop product design leaders and the broader design organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience shipping digital products and features end-to-end.
• 5+ years of direct management and leadership experience with product design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-native tools such as Figma AI, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Experience with Agile development environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Portfolio demonstrating mobile and responsive web product design, plus experience improving team efficiency through AI and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or overseeing AI-powered product experiences, including chat, agent interfaces, personalization, or generative content.
• Expertise across responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience prototyping with code and using AI-assisted research and design workflows.
