Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

Location: Sydney, NSW; Melbourne, VIC. Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the Auckland office and 2 days remote.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and evaluation of restaurant pricing and promotional initiatives.
• Design bundles, discounts, and pricing mechanics that support commercial outcomes.
• Build unit economic, sensitivity, and P&L models to assess margin impact.
• Design experiments and produce decision-grade recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to execute initiatives in the New Zealand market.
• Improve the precision, efficiency, and adaptability of merchant operations processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or high-growth commercial roles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience building volume forecasts for promotions and discounts.
• Ability to explain complex trade-offs to executive audiences through clear, evidence-based communication.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
