What you will do
- Manage the maintenance department across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation functions, providing technical direction and EHS oversight.
- Develop and supervise preventive maintenance plans for factory equipment and facilities.
- Organize emergency response and emergency repair activities for incidents such as injuries, chemical leaks, chemical reactions, and fires.
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and hazards, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead engineering renovation and technical transformation projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage maintenance and engineering contractors and coordinate maintenance support for other departments.
Requirements
- Beihai, China location with factory-based attendance required.
- Ability to manage EHS compliance across maintenance and engineering activities.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance operations.
- Ability to organize emergency repairs and on-site emergency response according to established plans.
- Ability to manage regulatory compliance and support government or group audits and inspections.
- Ability to maintain effective, polite, and honest communication with other departments.
