What you will do

• Install, align, and execute pre-programmed test steps for small turbine engines in a production environment.
• Apply instrumentation including thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gauges, and accelerometers to hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance on test equipment and build specialized tooling or fixtures.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide installation and uninstallation processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and EHS departments to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Document technical data and support the development of optimized work instructions.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required for eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work from a standing position for most of the day.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with gas turbine engines for aviation applications.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and fuel supply systems.
• Basic electrical cabling and wiring skills.
