Fab Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Maintain, improve, and develop wafer fabrication processes while monitoring SPC and CPK performance.
• Design and analyze multifactorial DOE studies for new processes and products.
• Lead lot and wafer failure analysis to improve manufacturing yield.
• Lead cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Execute projects focused on online quality and capacity improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering.
• At least 5–6 years of wafer fabrication experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, DOE, SPC techniques, and customer-audit system documentation.
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Project management competence, technical skills, creativity, and commitment to continuous self-improvement.
